Muskoka Bay Resort Villas is a collection of estate townhomes located near the town of Gravenhurst, within the heart of cottage country. Overlooking a breathtaking ravine and a scenic fairway these multi-storey townhouses boast large size front rooms, expansive windows, and clean lines.

Inspired by nature and surrounded by green spaces, residents or visitors can enjoy all the exclusive amenities the resort has to offer with these perfect four-season or vacation properties.

The program takes a fresh look at country living. Everything that a family might need to relax in the natural surroundings fits into a modest and narrow archetypical volume with no sacrifice to comfort.

The design approach was to blend the country comforts, the modularity of the townhome, and the vernacular tradition of the agricultural barn into the Muskoka countryside.
